1. Delivery Time

  • Delivery time may vary based on location or courier conditions.

2. Shipping & Courier

  • Apple Kids orders are shipped through trusted courier services.

  • The courier will contact the customer before delivery.

3. Sealed Shipment Policy

  • All shipments are sealed and cannot be opened in front of the courier.

  • Please receive the order first.

  • If there is any issue with the product, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days according to our policy.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Kindly ensure your address and phone number are correct before delivery.

  • Apple Kids is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or customer unavailability.

5. Refused or Failed Deliveries

  • Refusing the shipment without a valid reason may result in additional shipping charges.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Any manufacturing or production defect is handled as per our Return Policy.
